Rhode Island Real Estate Appraisers
- To renew your Real Estate Appraiser License in the state of Rhode Island, you are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- Continuing education must be completed in subjects approved by the Board. Licensees must take a 7-hour USPAP course or its equivalent during the renewal cycle.
- Real Estate Appraiser Licenses expire every 2 years. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Licensees are encouraged to keep a copy of continuing education completion for their records.
